On March 30, 2022 the Expert Council on Public Health under the IPA CIS held a session on “The role of innovative medical technologies and drug provision in health management of the CIS Member States”. As a result of the work of the Expert council on public health under the IPA CIS, the following resolutions were adopted:

• To promote the creation of conditions for interstate cooperation of the CIS member states in the field of health management, focused on the development of existing and creation of new high-tech goods and services through the development and use of end-to-end technologies, basic, exploratory and applied research and experimental development, implementation of joint innovation projects;
• To implement the Sustainable Development Goals in the field of health management in the CIS member states and the development of cooperation with international organizations on evidence-based medicine and rehabilitation, approve:
  • Chairperson of the Commission for the Development of the Principles of Bioethics and Evidence-Based Medicine in the CIS Member States, Larisa Danilova, Head of the Endocrinology Department of the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Professor, Member of the Expert Council on Public Health under the IPA CIS;
  • Beksultan Tutkushev, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Development of Bioethics and Evidence-Based Medicine in the CIS Member States, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Scientific Cardiosurgery Center, Member of the Expert Council on Public Health under the IPA CIS;
  • Sergey Savashinsky, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Development of Bioethics and Evidence-Based Medicine in the CIS Member States, Director of the Eurasian Cooperation on Clinical Guidelines and Healthcare Development, Member of the Expert Council on Public Health under the IPA CIS.
