As an expert of the Expert Council on Public Health at the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly, Andrew actively participated in the development and implementation of bills and initiatives to coordinate science, education, public health, and bioethics activities at the national, regional, and global levels.
For the last 8 years Andrew is an active advocate of the development of distance education (e-lerning) using modern learning management systems (LMS). Andrew has experience in creating and managing network forms of educational program development and implementation at the national level.
Before joining the ECHD team, Andrew has come a long way in the nonprofit sector and gained experience in creating and managing various types of nonprofit organizations, including: an educational center, a charitable foundation, a national association, an endowment fund, and more. He has a strong background in fundraising for national level nonprofit healthcare projects.
