Dmitry has over 30 years of experience in scientific, research and educational activities in the field of public health, space biology, biochemistry and immunology.
Dmitry is an expert of the Expert Council on Healthcare at the IPA CIS, head of the laboratory for population health management at the Scientific Research Institute of Control Sciences and a number of other organizations.
Deep expertise and applied competencies gained over decades of work in leading scientific, government and commercial organizations allowed to create methodology and roadmaps of dozens of preclinical and clinical studies, calculations of the economic impact of new medical solutions on public health, as well as prepare the architecture of a number of digital solutions for optimization health management.
