Alexander was educated at the best universities in Russia and the world and the Russian Academy of Sciences, where for more than fifteen years he also conducted research in various fields of biology.
Later, Alexander moved into industry and went a long way from scientist to CEO of research and development in global technological and pharmaceutical corporations in the U.S. and Europe. He has years of experience directly participating and leading the development of ideas to technology for more in-depth and diverse research and drug development. The logic and data sum of such development is the basis for evidence-based medicine.

In recent years, he has actively participated in advising and organizing new forms of interaction between academic, foundation and industrial organizations to develop applied research directly related to the urgent needs of physicians for various diseases.
