The Concept of the Model Law “On drug provision in the CIS Member Nations”, which will allow to form harmonized approaches to legal regulation in the field of drug provision in the national legislation of the Commonwealth countries, was approved on the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Social Policy and Human Rights in Bishkek, on 16 November 2023.
Members of the Permanent Commission decided to request the IPA CIS Council to include the revised Concept in the CIS Long-Term Plan of Model Law-Making for 2023–2025.
