Nelly has over 20 years of experience in consulting, scientific and educational activities in the field of labor law and public health. In the Eurasian cooperation, Nelly is responsible for supervising all issues related to the formation of a favorable legal environment for the most effective and ethical decisions of public health and health systems.
Nelly Diveeva’s works are regularly published in specialized editions in Russian and foreign languages.
As an expert of the Healthcare Expert Council at the Interparliamentary assembly CIS, a working group of the Russian Academy of Sciences and a number of other organizations, Nelly is the author of a number of proposals for legislative improvement of the management and treatment of socially significant diseases in the Russian Federation and the CIS member states.
Member of the Professional Competence Committee of the Russian Bar Association.
Nelly graduated from the Law Faculty of Altai State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
