Project legal support
The Eurasian Cooperation on Clinical Guidelines and Public Health Development (ECHD) is implementing projects to support the creation of a favorable legal framework for decisions in the field of public health:
- Promotion, discussion, implementation in the CIS member states of the Resolution of the World Health Organization “ Integration and collaboration in the development of research guidelines to improve population health “
- Analysis of international and national legal regulation in the field of preclinical, clinical studies, HTA, healthcare management technologies and evaluation of the quality of medical care within the framework of the project
- Development of proposals for the harmonization of national legislation in the CIS member states in the areas of the project
- Development of proposals for national legal systems to amend and supplement legislation in the areas of the project
- Development of Methodological Recommendations for the assessment of healthcare management technologies for the CIS member states
- Development of Methodological recommendations on preclinical research for the CIS member states
- Development of Methodological recommendations on clinical trials for the CIS member states
- Development of Methodological Recommendations for conducting a system analysis and creating clinical guidelines for the CIS member states
- Development of Methodological Recommendations for the Assessment of Health Technologies for the CIS Member States
- Development of Methodological Recommendations for assessing the quality of medical care for the CIS member states
- Development and publication in Russian of an informed voluntary consent guide based on international best practices
- Legal support for the creation and activities of the Commission on the principles of bioethics and evidence-based medicine under the CIS Executive Committee
- Legal support for the establishment and activities of the International University of Bioethics
- Legal support for the creation and operation for bioethics
- Legal support for the registration of intellectual property rights during the implementation of the project
