On October 21, 2021, the Expert Council on Healthcare at the IPA CIS held a session on the principles of bioethics, evidence-based medicine and rehabilitation to achieve sustainable development goals in the CIS member states. As a result of the work of the Expert Council on Healthcare at the IPA CIS, the following resolutions were adopted:

- To take note of the information on coordination of cooperation between the Expert council on public health under the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States and international organizations on evidence-based medicine and rehabilitation in terms of implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the CIS Member States;

- To consider it necessary to develop cooperation with international organizations on evidence-based medicine and rehabilitation for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the CIS member states;

- To consider it necessary to begin work on the preparation of a draft model law “On drug provision in the CIS Member States”.
