About ECHD
ECHD is a non-profit organization that is a permanent platform for the work of a group of international and national experts in the field of shaping and implementation of solutions for public health and bioethics.
The main priority for ECHD experts is to promote the widest possible application of international principles for the development and application of public health instruments, adherence to bioethical principles of health management, as well as the introduction of the most effective innovative solutions for the management and treatment of diseases.
Eurasian Cooperation for Clinical Guidelines and Public Health Development (ECHD) has been working as independent healthcare Think Tank to improve management of public health management since 2013.
Our approach
ECHD is engaged in scientific, research, analytical, expert and educational activities, which are aimed at preparing and implementation:
- regulatory documents to improve the legal framework of the countries of the Eurasian region;
- specialized materials for determining strategic and operational decisions in the field of public health (analysis of national health systems, audit of clinical guidelines, guidelines, protocols and treatment standards, etc.);
- systems for improving the quality of preclinical studies and clinical trials;
- national systems for health technology assessment, health care quality assessment and health management technology assessment;
- educational modules to improve the qualifications of participants in the health care system.
